HCQ6-15III Concrete Block Machine: With a solid and robust welded steel frame, this machine is operated using an advanced control system. Has a compact size (6 x 3.5 x 2.95m), and overall weight of 9.6MT. Compulsory Mixer with Skip Elevator: The mixer consists of a solid mixing trough and alloy steel rotary mixing blade, 4 vertical supports with foot plates. The platform is adapted for service and working. To mix light weight and high density concrete with 0.5cbm per batch. Elevator: As the pallet and fresh block convey to the elevator, they are stacked to a maximum height of 1metre which is equivalent to 2.2 ton. Traveling Material Bin Feeder: Through the conveyor, the slightly moist concrete from the mixer is transported to traveling material bin feeder for separating temporary storage. The material bin is designed in a solid, rugged steel weldment and maintenance free track roller. Face Mix Section: Specially designed for production of blocks or pavers with two layers (coloring). Equipped with loading hopper with adjustable feeding system. The section can elevate automatically to allow the blocks or pavers to pass through. Control Panel with Touch Screen: Heart of the control is a PLC with a touch screen color flat display. The operator can select the functions and change the parameter directly via the screen. The recipe can be stored and the statistics data can be downloaded.

QT9-15 Concrete Block Machine: The machine is made of very rigid and strong welded hollow section steel. The compaction head, cylinder rod and rams are made of solid chrome steel shaft. The design allows to mount twin sections for base and face mix without much modification. The system is operated by advanced PLC control. Batching and Mixing Plant: The raw material like cement, sand and aggregate are batched and mixed into slightly moisture concrete. The required concrete is fed via conveyor belt into the block machine. The system is operated by PLC computer system. Pallet Elevator: The pallet elevator is made of solid section steel. The lifting elements consist of steel chains with solid angles. These angles take the wood, bamboo or steel pallets. The pallets and fresh blocks are lifted and stacked to maximum of 9 storeys, that is 18 pallets. Finger Car System (Mother & Son Car): The finger car collects the fresh products from the elevator and transferring them to the curing kilns. It also collects the cured product and placing them in the lowerator. The automatic coursing and positioning is controlled via control station of stored program. The motors are controlled via frequency converter for the smooth acceleration and braking of the car. Pallet Lowerator: The pallets are unstacked and conveyed to the cubing area through system like separating, pushing. The pallets are clean brushed, overturned, oiled and feed into the production cycle through the return system. Automatic Block Cubing System: The cuber collects the product from the pallets, and transfer to the packing area. It is equipped with 4 sides clamping rubber-cushioned plates. It is hydraulically operated and can turn 360 degrees.
